If you own the wall or the window put the Word Of God in it this Easter.

You may be surprised how many unchurched average Joes are waiting for us Christians to boldly proclaim the good news of Easter...and we don't. It's a warning to us that the Revelation churches were defined by their lampstands - the Word of God lifted up.

We have been regularly sticking scripture to the walls of our high street cafe for a number of years as well as giving away Bibles. We have seen the difference the Word lifted up can do, even when done with wobbly knees. We have seen the life giving effect it has on our high street. I felt the Lord confirm why this may have been through a verse I read in 1 kings 19 v1:

Now Ahab told Jezebel all that Elijah had done and how he had killed all the prophets of Baal with the sword. 

There were many voices shouting from the high place that day on Mount Carmel, as there are many loud voices in our nation today. But with the sword (the Word of God) firmly in the hand of lonely Elijah, God spoke and everyone saw His wonders.
