Our Barabrith is fairly straightforward with the fruit soaked overnight. Buts it's Cath's recipe and I’m sure she will say it's her nains .( grans ) Welsh tea loaf containing, sultanas, currants, cranberries, ( glacé cherry free ) dairy free, but best cut thick and served with butter.
