
Our Barabrith is fairly straightforward with the fruit soaked overnight. But it's Cath's recipe and I’m sure she will say it's her nains (grans) Welsh tea loaf containing, sultanas, currants, cranberries, (glacé cherry free), dairy free, but best cut thick and served with butter.
Ingredients:
Currants, sultanas, apricots, rice flour, raisins, tea, sugar, eggs, wheat flour, Sulphur dioxide.
